The Basement is middle school child care for students grade 6-8.

Game Show Showdown: Design Edition is an interactive, creativity-packed enrichment for students in grades 6–9 who love games and competition. In this course, students design their own game shows—from the rules and scoring systems to challenges, visuals, and player experience.
Kids explore what makes games fun and fair while learning about game mechanics, strategy, and audience engagement. Through collaboration and playtesting, they refine their ideas and bring their game shows to life. Perfect for gamers and creative thinkers alike, this class builds problem-solving, teamwork, and design skills in a high-energy, game-filled environment!
