The Basement is middle school child care for students grade 6-8.

What makes a great NPC? In Next Level NPCs, students in grades 6–9 dive into the world of non-player characters and learn how NPCs are created, designed, and used in games. Kids will explore character roles, dialogue, decision-making, and storytelling while building their own NPC concepts.
This class encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, giving students a behind-the-scenes look at how games come to life — no advanced gaming or coding experience required.
