Introduction to Meditation class, we will focus on two easy meditation techniques to help you manage stress. In these difficult times, most of us are being faced with challenges that we never expected. We cannot control outside forces. What we can do, is do our best to not let the stress overwhelm us. Please arrive early. Admittance will be closed once the class begins.
