Tired of doing the same old exercises to reduce your chronic pain and/or improve your balance?  This technique is great for those experiencing balance issues, chronic pain and arthritis.  

“Play Tai Chi” with us and improve your quality of life. Suitable for most physical conditions. *This class can be done sitting or standing.


Join us and learn a gentle way of moving that will improve your balance, range of motion, mental and physical capacity, and relaxation. 

You will also learn techniques to reduce your pain, decrease your risk of falling, and improve your immunity.  


*Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes, (no sandals please). 

Kindly refrain from wearing scented sprays and lotions during the class.
