Child care with preschool component for children ages 4 and 5 years old who will be attending Kindergarten within 1 year.
These programs are offered for the benefit of Robbinsdale Area Schools Employees.
The Basement is middle school child care for students grade 6-8.

Create a beautiful fabric collage hanging using a technique called Slow Stitching - a relaxing form of embroidery that focuses on process rather than pattern.
We'll layer fabric scraps onto a 6" x 6" square and then use various hand embroidery stitches and trims, beads, etc. to add texture and color.

Sandra S.Bengtson, owner of Avant Garb Fashions, was fortunate to learn how to sew by her mother at age 8. Decades later, Sandra’s passion for sewing has paved the way to fulfilling a lifelong dream; teaching others. As her mother did for her, Sandra is committed to spread her “love of sewing”. Sandra believes that providing a warm, inclusive classroom environment with fun and laughter, maximizes the learning experience and may even foster new friendships.
