    Kyudo, Japanese longbow archery, has a long tradition in Japanese history in both militaristic and ceremonial venues. Today's Kyudo is a non-competitive, introspective process to shooting that helps to focus one's mind and body on the simple act of shooting a bow. Parent participation is required for those under fifteen years old. Visit www.mnkyudo.org for more details about kyudo and the instructors. *This course is for returning students who have taken classes before. *Instructors will collect an additional $25 to cover the cost of your own practice bow. Annual membership in the Minnesota Kyudo Renmei association is required for returning students. Loaner equipment provided for most adults.
