STRONG Nation is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT), total-body workout that combines bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves, all synced to original music, designed to be accessible to all fitness levels to motivate and help you push past your limits. 

The workout includes a variety of moves like push-ups, planks, boxing, lunges, and more.

My name is Natalie Kallenbach. I am very passionate about dancing and exercising through a variety of other fitness formats. I love teaching to inspire people to exercise and keep moving to the beat of their own movements all while having fun. In November 2012, I became a licensed Zumba instructor and kept learning more and growing ever since. Additionally, I have my licenses in Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, and Strong Nation.
