These programs are offered for the benefit of Robbinsdale Area Schools Employees.
The Basement is middle school child care for students grade 6-8.

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at Abstract Art that is fun and Colorful? Alcohol Ink (AI) is a new painting technique that just screams ABSTRACT.
With so many different techniques, AI will soon become a favorite medium. To make these beautiful roses, you will be using a hairdryer to move the alcohol ink around the edges until the ink dries leaving beautiful roses with abstract petals.
To add variation, you can add a background before you add the roses, add leaves or melt the colors.
Utilize various colors for your individual painting. Remember this is the fun part – explore your creativity.
Best part of using Alcohol Ink is if you don’t like a part of your picture, you can wipe it off with ISO alcohol. Note: This class does use Isopropyl Alcohol
**Supply fee of $15 (cash) will paid to the instructor the night of class.
