These programs are offered for the benefit of Robbinsdale Area Schools Employees.
The Basement is middle school child care for students grade 6-8.

Get ready to turn up the heat in the kitchen! This isn’t just any cooking class—it’s a Tex-Mex-inspired team challenge where your family or friend group competes for taco champion!
Guided by the amazing Chef Mimi, your crew will start with a hands-on lesson in crafting scrumptious street-style tacos—from making fresh tortillas from scratch to building bold, flavorful fillings and toppings. All skill levels are welcome!
Then… it’s crunch time! Split into smaller teams, and let the friendly rivalry begin in a taco-making competition where taste, creativity, and presentation all count toward victory!
