Easy Ethiopian Eritrean

Adult Enrichment / Taste / Cooking -
Adult Enrichment 24-25

Ethiopian/Eritrean food has become a favorite among foodies worldwide.

The food is light, healthy, and flavorful, ranging from very spicy to very mild (spice is optional). Experience the thrilling discovery of exotic spices paired with daily ingredients such as vegetables, beans, and lentils.

For non-vegetarian, we can use different types of meat sautéed with various kinds of flavored butter and healthy oils. Every step is educational, informative and a dream-like trip into the food culture of these historic countries.

Children 8+ welcome with a registered Adult.

What past participants say about the class: "I had so much fun! And I was happy with the result."

*$20 supply fee will need to be paid to the instructor at class.

Please bring in your own take home containers.
