Come indulge in a deeply relaxing and nourishing experience that calms your body and mind and leaves you feeling restored, content and blissful!  iRest ® Meditation is a secular form of meditation that involves self-inquiry, that anyone can benefit from. If you are experiencing anxiety, PTSD, pain in your body, difficulty sleeping, or if you just want to have more consistent feelings of peace, happiness and well-being, research studies have proven that iRest will help.


 In this class, you will be lying down, or seated in a comfortable position, while being guided through your body into the layers within. If you are new to meditation or have trouble meditating, this class eases you into the practice gently by embracing any “obstacles” that come up. (instead of ignoring them, suppressing them, or casting them out). iRest allows for the acceptance and release of tensions in your body and mind.  Perhaps you are already a meditator, but have difficulty bringing your meditative state into daily life, iRest Meditation gives you the tools and understanding to be able to navigate all of your daily life situations with ease and openness.  Leave each class feeling more calm, peaceful and content and ultimately with consistent practice, even joyful, blissful and more deeply aware.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. 

Limit the use of perfumes or scents that people may be sensitive to.
