    Join us at New Hope Bowl for a Sunday evening of bowling, pizza and pop. Bowling is a great way to exercise and get together with friends, old and new. Meet at New Hope Bowl, 7107 42nd Ave. N., New Hope.  Attending support staff must also pay in order to bowl or eat pizza.
  • Fall Riverboat Cruise

    Save the date!Join your friends from around the state for a 2-hour narrated cruise of the Mississippi River.  The Anson Northrup Paddle boats will depart from Harriet Island located across the river from downtown St. Paul. Travel up the river through the wooded Great River National Park to Fort Snelling. Fall color viewing should be spectacular! The Mississippi River has a tremendous history that all Minnesotans should be acquainted with. Come and enjoy an afternoon on the Ol' MISS!  A box lunch with a Turkey sandwich wedge, chips, apple, cookie and beverage is included.  A vegetarian and gluten free option is available, please indicate when registering.  Boarding begins at 10:30 am at Padelford Landing, Harriet Island West, 205 Dr. Justus Ohage Blvd. St. Paul MN 55107. Boat will depart at 11 am sharp and return at 1 pm.  We must receive your registration, including your choice of ham, turkey, roast beef or vegetarian and payment for this event by September 25 or until tickets are sold out.

    Yummy, gooey s'mores! Learn geocaching basics by using a compass, or GPS coordinates, to hunt and find hidden s'more ingredients. Enjoy the fall outdoors with an easy and fun for everyone activity. Then make and eat your own s'mores. The Three Rivers staff will lead you on this fun activity. Staff or family can learn with you.   • Mike Lynch Starwatch Party (Windows)

    Make the stars your old friends as we watch the great celestial show in the skies over Minnesota. This night with the stars, constellations, planets, star clusters, nebulae and more, starts off with an indoor orientation followed by quality time outside under the heavens. Get to know the constellations like The Big Bear, Cygnus the Swan, Pegasus the Winged Horse, and some of the great stories behind them. We’ll also use large reflecting telescopes, including two giant 20-inch reflectors that are among the biggest mobile telescopes in Minnesota, for close-up views of celestial wonders in our night skies. You’ll get a great handout package with user-friendly star maps and constellation charts, websites, a telescope-buying guide and more! Offered in partnership with Wayzata Public Schools. All ages welcome!
  • Pizza, Pop and a Movie

    There's nothing better than eating a slice of pizza, drinking a pop and watching a movie with your friends. Meet at the New Hope Cinema Grill, 2749 Winnetka Avenue North, New Hope. You will be contacted, before Thursday, with the movie title, start time and pick-up time. Intermediate run movies rated G, PG and PG13 will be watched. Bring money for additional snacks, or games in the arcade, if desired. Attending staff must register and pay for movie and pizza when registering other participants.
