    Pickleball is a game played on a court similar to a tennis court, where players hit a wiffleball with a paddle that is slightly bigger than a ping pong paddle.     Barre Fusion is a mixture of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength. If you have never had a ballet class, you will be right at home as the focus is in the movements and having fun while doing it. The music is modern and we meet you where your body is at.   • Stillwater River Cruise Day Trip

    Participants will enjoy comfortable coach bus transportation to Stillwater, the birthplace of Minnesota, where they will board the boat at the Stillwater Docks. On this non-narrated cruise with St. Croix Boat & Packet Company, guests will be served a deli-style buffet featuring a variety of meats, cheeses, salads, and dessert bars, along with coffee and soft drinks. Table seating is available on the first floor.   • Tai Chi Ruler & Qigong

    The Tai Chi Ruler form is an ancient and gentle, yet powerful, exercise of Taoist origin. It is a unique method of cultivating Qi (internal energy) because it uses an external object (the Ruler) to aid in its development. Ruler exercises can be used for improving flexibility, focus, calming the mind, and moving energy throughout the body. In addition, it requires very little space and no special skills. Can be done sitting or standing and is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Wear comfortable, loose clothing, and flat shoes. No sandals please. A ruler will need be purchased for $20 from Instructor before class. Unless previously purchased.

    You will work with different types of water colors: pan, tube, pencils on 140lb paper. You will come up with a story board, telling a short story in 4-5 panels. Samples will be provided in class. Please bring $35 supply fee (covers paint and paper) paid to the instructor the first night of class. (CASH or check) Please bring any materials you have for a reduced supply fee.
  • Wheel Thrown Pottery: Beginner to Intermediate

    This course is geared toward beginner to intermediate level potters. We will focus on foundational forms such as bowls and cylinders, plus techniques in trimming, surface decoration, and glazing. Note: This class uses kick wheels (not electric wheels). Please register by June 30.
