Join Tess for this, fun filled cook-along adventure and explore the art of making Bulgogi Kimbap rolls from start to finish, rivaling any you wild find in a restaurant. From seasoning the rice, to marinating and cooking Bulgogi, preparing colorful vegetables (including a quick pickle), and crafting a delicate omelet you’ll bringing everything together into beautiful hand-rolled Kimbap. Along the way, you will discover the key differenced between sushi and Kimbap, practice rolling and shaping techniques and enjoy the bold, balanced flavors of your creation. We will discuss all of this and how to select and rehabilitate a cast iron pan that has seen better days and turn it into a pan you will use often with little work and all of the benefits of a great cast iron pan.

    Dim Sum is a popular style of Cantonese cuisines that include small dishes that highlight different flavor profiles and cooking techniques. In this online interactive class, we will make cha shu chicken pastry, braised chicken with mushrooms, and vegetables with ginger garlic sauce. *This class will be online using Zoom.   • Dinner in France

    Send your taste buds on a trip to romantic France. During this hands-on Class, you'll prepare a five-course French Gourmet Dinner! Cusine is based on garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, saffron and herbs. Your experience will begin with Vichyssoise, a classic, creamy French soup made of puréed leeks, potatoes, and onions, enriched with cream. You will move onto Potato Galettes, a rustic, savory potato cake made with thinly sliced potatoes layered with butter and seasonings, cooked until the outside is golden and crispy and the inside is tender. Next you will discover the tantalizing aroma and flavor of Saffron Rice, and Coquille St Jacques a la Provencale, a luscious appetizer of scallops gratineed with wine, garlic, and herbs. You will finish the night with Creme Caramel, a delicate, silky custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel sauce. Together, you will craft two completely different gourmet pizzas from start to finish—each with its own unique dough, sauce, style and flavor. First up: Tess’ Greek-inspired “Mama’s Focaccia Pan-Style Pizza”—a party-sized, soft-crusted favorite enjoyed by Greek families worldwide.   • Gingerbread House Bake & Build

    Gather the whole family and join in the fun Baking and Building your very own show-stopping gingerbread house from scratch during this festive Family Bake-along experience. Together, we will combine the wonderful flavors of gingerbread and use the dough to create the pieces that will be used to “build” breathtaking houses. We will also whip up the perfect batch of stiff Royal Icing—the edible “glue” that holds everything together and is used to decorate the houses with candies and delicious treats. Participants will receive a professionally made PDF ingredient list and prep packet a week in advance of the class to allow time for shopping and preparation. The packet will also include the Instructor’s “Gingerbread House Specific” Recipe that she has tested time and time again to ensure the cookie pieces are delicious but strong enough to hold the weight of the icing and decorations. A template that will need to be printed and cut out before class to be used as a “pattern” will also be included.
