Adult Archery
Come learn about the sport of archery in our 2-part adult archery series! Join instructors from the Outdoor Recreation School of Three Rivers to learn how to safely shoot a compound bow and hone your skill by shooting at stationary targets. Then build upon your newly learned skills to practice shooting from further distances and try out the walk-around course and the raised archery tower. Participants must attend both dates. Equipment provided. Our program will meet at the Elm Creek Park Reserve’s Archery Range – 13387 129th Ave N, Dayton, MN 55327. -
Adult Ballet
A classical ballet class designed for adults with minimal experience. Improve posture and create long lean muscles with ballet training. Learn proper technique with barre work, stretching, and combinations. Dress comfortably and ballet shoes to class. -

Pickleball is a game played on a court similar to a tennis court, where players hit a wiffleball with a paddle that is slightly bigger than a ping pong paddle. Learn the skills and rules of this fun sport for two to four players. Discover why Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in America! Sessions are open to all skill levels and abilities. Adults and teens ages 16 and older. Equipment is provided. Program is run by a Rev Sports Coach. -

Find your rhythm in this fun class! For all experience levels, we will learn basic to complex steps and combine them for a short routine. Dress comfortably and wear tap shoes. -
African American Heritage Tour
Join us to witness the legacy of advocacy and the path toward equality in Minnesota’s Black community. Embark on an enriching and thought-provoking journey through history on this guided tour. Begin with Unbreakable: History from 1800-1950s, exploring the powerful story of African Americans settling in Minnesota and their resilience in shaping the state. From there, we move into the era of Black Liberation, diving into the courageous efforts of advocates fighting against discrimination, securing voting rights, pushing for school desegregation, and championing fair housing accommodations in Minnesota from the mid-1800s to the 1960s. This tour also features a newly added section on Voting Rights in Minnesota, The Black Vote, highlighting the tireless struggle for suffrage and the remarkable rise of Black elected officials in the state. With stories of perseverance and triumph, this tour will deepen your understanding of Minnesota’s complex history and the ongoing fight for justice. -
Alcohol Ink Roses
Have you ever wanted to try your hand at Abstract Art that is fun and Colorful? Alcohol Ink (AI) is a new painting technique that just screams ABSTRACT. With so many different techniques, AI will soon become a favorite medium. To make these beautiful roses, you will be using a hairdryer to move the alcohol ink around the edges until the ink dries leaving beautiful roses with abstract petals. To add variation, you can add a background before you add the roses, add leaves or melt the colors. Utilize various colors for your individual painting. Remember this is the fun part – explore your creativity. Your instructor will help guide you through each step. You will make one 6” x 9” painting in your chosen colors. Given time, you can create a 2nd painting. Just come to have fun and enjoy yourself. Best part of using Alcohol Ink is if you don’t like a part of your picture, you can wipe it off with ISO alcohol. Note: This class does use Isopropyl Alcohol **Supply fee of $15 (cash) will paid to the instructor the night of class. -
Aqua Zumba
UPDATE: 4 & 6 sessions will begin April 17. April-May Classes will not be held along with Swim lessons. Known as the Zumba ‘pool party'! Fast and slow rhythms combine with resistance training to make you sweat. Expect to do exaggerated dance moves. The tempo is slower than normal Zumba because of the resistance of the water. You’ll do large muscle movements such as: Reaching up with your arms and lifting your legs in the water. Slow exaggerated circling of your hips and shoulders. Aqua Zumba is different to aqua aerobics, aerobics goes from one point to another. Zumba has you doing something different for the verse, chorus and even bridge of a song. If you want to get a little fitter and are the sort of person who has to swing their hips to the right song, then Aqua Zumba is for you. You’ll also burn around 350 calories a class! -
Barre Fusion
Barre Fusion is a mixture of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength. If you have never had a ballet class, you will be right at home as the focus is in the movements and having fun while doing it. The music is modern and we meet you where your body is at. Students are encouraged (but not required) to bring their own mat, light weights and resistance bands. *This class is online and you will need access to a computer or smart device to participate in the class. -
Basic Cupcake Piping
Learn to decorate cupcakes with buttercream using beginner-level piping techniques. In this class, you will receive 4 vanilla cupcakes, buttercream, piping tips, and bags. You will learn how to fill the piping bags and pipe beginner-level floral cupcakes. Instructor Bindu Bedi is a self-taught baker who learned how to pipe flowers during the lockdown. She also taught her daughter, who now runs a home bakery. You can see their work on Instagram at @aanis.home.bakery. Supply fee of $20 due to instructor at class. -
Basic Dumplings from Scratch
Dumplings are versatile and can be easily made at home. Let’s have fun and learn how to pinch, squeeze, and pleat delicious dumplings. We’ll start making dumpling wrappers from scratch. Then, we’ll make the chicken and vegetable filling. We’ll fold and cook dumplings into potstickers. While the dumplings are cooking, we’ll make a delicious sauce! *This class will be online using Zoom. Basic Home Plumbing Repair
Gain confidence by learning to repair minor plumbing problems or replace fixtures yourself. We will review metal & plastic pipe and fittings. Take apart different types of faucets, replace pop-up drain assembly, and discuss internal workings of the toilet. -
Basic Small Boat Sailing Experience
Learn to sail on a “WindRider 17 Sailing Trimaran” from certified instructors. Discover the joy of sailing in a small group, hands-on experience. Learn to sail from certified instructors on a WindRider 17 Sailing Trimaran. You steer it with your feet like a kayak! This is a two-session, six-hour course. -

The Break-It-Booth at Art Lab Rx is more than just a typical rage room. Release frustrations and unproductive thought patterns by hurling objects within its confines. Participants can choose from a variety of beads, baubles and bling to incorporate into their creations. Ages 13+ welcome to register with a registered adult. The end result is a beautiful mosaic that reframes a perspective, instilling a sense of hope and healing. -

Beginner Basic Spanish
No prior experience is needed! In this in person class basic vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, intonations, sentence structure, formation & grammatical concepts. A beginner flower pressing class will allow you to create beautiful, unique pieces of art from nature, even if you have no prior experience with flower pressing. Session 1: Make your own flower press and fill it with spring blooms. Session 2: Use your pressed flowers to create a unique candle, jar, or frame. Beginning Improv
You might be getting older, but you can still keep a youthful mind and spirit. Learn to think on your feet, gain self-confidence, and improve skills for work or home (plus, it is a ton of fun). No experience necessary. Classes are taught by instructors from Stevie Ray’s Improv Company, one of the longest running improv theaters in Minnesota. The class culminates with a recital for family and friends at Stevie Ray’s Comedy Cabaret, located at the famous Chanhassen Dinner Theaters! If you think this is just for young folks, the majority of our adult students are in their 50s and 60s, and the oldest was 99! The last date will be scheduled with Your instructor at Stevie Ray's Improve Company Chanhassen location for an optional Friends and Family Performance! -
Belly Dance
Shimmy into summer fun, and take a belly dance class! Any experience student is welcome. Learn basic drills and add props. Ages 12+ welcome with a registered adult. Wear comfortable clothes so you can move. Barefoot or dance shoes. A scarf for your hips is helpful. -
Belly Dance for All
Discover the beauty and grace of Middle Eastern Dance, commonly called Belly Dance. This is more than an exercise class. Belly Dance is an exciting way to improve fitness, tone and flexibility. This class is for beginners and the more experienced students looking to improve the basic techniques and movements. Previous dance experience is not necessary. All ages and sizes are welcome. *Wear comfortable, fitted clothing so your movements can be seen. Hip scarves are encouraged and welcome. If you have zills and a veil, bring them too! Come make a cute, bandana-style bib and a 10" x 10" taggie blanket that has smooth and textured ribbons for sensory exploration as well as a calming effect that babies can't resist. *Basic sewing skills required. CPR/First Aid
Enjoy the convenience of a blended learning class for your certification. Complete the majority of your coursework online (at your own pace), then finish your course in the classroom with our instructor. This American Red Cross course is designed to meet the regulatory requirements for childcare workers. Learn how to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant until professional help arrives. The course covers the four steps of first aid and first aid skills such as finding the problem, stopping bleeding, bandaging and using an Epinephrine pen, as well as child CPR AED, infant CPR and optional modules in adult CPR AED, child mask, infant mask and Asthma Care Training for Childcare Providers. *The instructor will provide an online course link within 48 hours after registration. Students must complete the online portion before attending an onsite check-off session with the instructor. If the online portion is not completed before the onsite session, you will be turned away from taking the onsite class. The onsite session is scheduled for 1.5 hours, which allows time for you to practice on a manikin prior to the final check-off with an instructor.
