    Belly Dance is an exciting way to fitness, tone and flexibility. This beginner’s class will introduce the basic techniques and movements. Previous dance experience is not necessary. All ages and sizes are welcome. Dance wear and bare feet are preferred. Wear comfortable clothing so your movements can be seen. Flexible dance shoes are ok. No class Oct 12.

  • Hula Hoop Your Way to Fun & Fitness

    Get a great workout while trimming your waist, thighs and belly with hoops, the beloved childhood toy that is all grown up! The specially designed 4-pound exercise hoop targets your waistline and core area and is great cardiovascular exercise, too! Hoops are supplied and may be purchased (optional) from the instructor for $15.
  • Kung Fu

    Learn this Chinese art of fitness and self-defense. All of the martial arts stem from China's Kung Fu. It's more than a kicking, punching and self-defense class. Kung Fu is used to improve fitness and awareness, as well as self-defense. You will learn proper techniques and traditional styles of Shaolin Kung Fu while you improve your strength, coordination, flexibility, discipline, health and confidence in a fun, fast-paced, relaxed atmosphere. Certification through Black Belt available. No Class Dec 25, 27, Jan 1, 3, 15 and 17.

    Join Linda for this exciting class that combines the therapeutic exercises from mat Pilates and integrates them with yoga stretches for a refreshing and engaging workout. Benefits include core strengthening, increased flexibility, stress reduction, and body awareness. A joyful experience for all. Bring a mat, towel, and water. This is a great way to spend your lunch hour. "This is the 3rd year I've taken this class and it is the best part of my week. Classes are 90 minutes to allow for a long relaxation (Shavasana) at the beginning and end of each class. Everything you need is provided at the course. Please wear comfortable clothing and limit the use of perfumes or scents that people may be sensitive to. For this course, you should be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance.
